Hey guys,

I’ve been PEing for a little bit now, but I feel as though my ability to jelq and perform most of the exercises is somewhere diminished because of all the extra skin around my balls and penis. While performing a wet or dry jelq, skin will usually come with my grip, causing less of a smooth gliding motion and more of a.nothing feeling. If I clamp harder then I can feel the blood rushing forward despite the fact that all of the skin is coming up with my hand. However, I have read many posts about gripping too hard. Does anyone else have this problem? How do you work around it? When I watch the videos on how to perform the exercises, mine never looks like the guy’s looks in the video. I haven’t remained consistent in my routine, so I can’t complain about not gaining, so that’s partially my fault.

I was just curious if anyone else has this “extra skin” problem and if so, are there exercises and stretches that work better than others for them?

Yes. I was cut as a baby. Looks like they could have taken a little more and been okay though. My skin is pretty stretchy all over though, so who knows? Thanks for the link. I’ve read it a couple times before.

The other issue that I just remembered is that my skin stretches with my “OK grip” to the point where the skin from the base of my shaft is stretched tight and I can’t move my grip up anymore without releasing the grip a little bit, thus all the blood retreats as well. I don’t have much of a fat pad, so I’m not sure where to go from here.

Maybe a better lube? I’ve used several. Plain old baby oil, some K&Y massaging oil. I can’t seem to lube it up enough so that my skin doesn’t come with the grip and allow me to keep constant pressure all the way up.

Sorry, I haven’t exactly understood this. Where you have to release your grip: at mid-shaft? Below mid-shaft? Where?

It’s right at Mid-Shaft to just past Mid-Shaft depending how low I begin my grip. It just doesn’t look to be as smooth of a motion as the videos. I will try to remain consistent with the newbie routine for a couple months and see if there are any gains. I just don’t want to waste any time. The times that I PE’ed in the past were so time consuming. I suppose it’s worth it though right?

Over time the skin will grow, so it will become easier to jelq. Staying consistent with the newbie routine is the best choice.

I have the same problem. Well, I won’t really call it a problem. Not everyone has the same kind of dicks n erections. In my opinion you need to gain some understanding of yourself, instead of a solution - since you seem to be taking it as a problem. //I was just curious if anyone else has this “extra skin” problem//

My way out of this was to quit dry jelqs and to use a more suitable lubricant (before it was baby oil.now it’s hand lotion). And I said suitable. So you are the only one who can find out what suits you the best.

Found some great lube. ID glide. Works like a charm.smells a little funny, but it’s the slickest I’ve come across. Still pulling the skin, but.whatever :)
