Hi guys,

I just want to ask a question regarding jelqing, and which way has shown results and if one way is better than the other.

1) Jelqing with an erection level of around 80% or higher?

2) Jelqing with an erection level of 50% or lower?

My belief has always been to jelq at higher erection levels since the more blood you have trapped in the chambers would expand them alot more than with less blood, and eventually over time would adapt to the increase in size (moreless gaining in penis size). The thing is I find it so hard to keep a good erection during jelqing and throughout my routine I find myself jelqing at 50% even though I started off with 80% or higher…I’ve even tried clamping something to the base of my penis to try and keep the blood in longer but it still goes flacid. So in a sence I guess I’m jelqing both at a high and low erection level.


I don’t think one is better than the other. They just have different results for most of us.

Option 2 worked wonders for length for me. I think the higher levels are for girth, if I’m not mistaken. But I gained in both girth and length, (proportionately), with 30% to 50% erect. Each person is different.

If I get to 80%, I’m ready to ejaculate, which I try to avoid. Occasionally, this is unavoidable, in which case I turn to stretching, which is not necessarily a bad thing. I hope this is helpful.


I’ve read where some believe the lower levels don’t result in length gains. This was not true for me. Again, it may have to do with your LOT.
