Hi,

I’d like to know how many of you Jelq, either sitting down or standing up, and which direction has benefited you most jeqling straight out, upwards or downwards, and if one way seemed to work better or achieve better results!?

Sitting down, jelqing as low as possible without getting fatigue in the arms…

Generally standing up in the shower or lying down at night when I do some dry jelqs before I go to sleep.

I tend to do some down and some straight out, depends how much I feel my ligs have already been stretched by manual stretching beforehand. :)

I like siting and upwards. I don’t know why people use jelq for the ligs as I feel stretching is a much more beneficial and usefull tool for ligs. As far as jelqs ligs shouldn’t imo be the main concern so I go up which targets the tunica.

For some reason Jelqing gets me very hot. Not horny, temperature wise so I have to have my ceiling fan on, it’s also 80 in my room at all times. I normally do all my jelqing lying on my bed and at a downward angle. If I get too hot I have to jelq standing up under the fan. I should get a small fan :-k

My legs are already nice, and I can’t make them any longer. Jelqing won’t affect the bone structure. But thanks for the suggestion.

Standing Dry/Wet Jelqs that go upwards.

I prefer to stand when doing manual PE and tend to get the best engorgement by dry jelqing downward using an overhand grip.

For me, since I have an upwards curving penis, I’ve found that jelqing and stretching upwards is a good addition to the downward motions. I try to go for a 2/1 ratio for up/down.

I’m a nubie myself, but I’ve discovered a jelqing position that suits me well. I sit on top of the toilet seat (cover down), just at the front edge of the seat with legs spread about 70 degrees. I jelq generally downward with hands facing out. This position allows me to grasp the maximum amount of shaft, reaching as far into my body as possible. My theory is that jelqing affects only what’s forward of the grip. The farther back the grip, the greater the amount of penis affected, and the greater the growth—I think.
