As the title says, can I gain from a jelqing only routine? (I’m new).

How long should I jelq for?

How many rest days a week?

Is warming up necessary?

1. Yes you can gain. But stretching doesn’t interfere with jelqing. Doing both, you can gain more.

2. Depends of you. Do the minimal amount which gives you good PI’s.

3. I prefer 5 on 2 off routine, but you can do 2/1, 1/1 and even without rest days. Remember to have good PI’s.

4. It is not necessary, but for many, many, many people around here warming up helped with better gains and even break a plateau. So, I recommend warming up and some little warming during workout.

P.S. Why don’t try the Newbie Routine? It’s good.

I’m right now doing only wet jelqs and i gained 0.6” in length and 0.3” in girth in about 2 months. I think they come mainly by better EQ (not sure i’ve gained that much since i measured only few times before PE while now i measure almost everytime).

I’m following the Linear newbie routine but without manual stretches, Linear Newbie Routine, 2 day ON and 1 OFF but if i want to rest some more days, i do. I choose this routine because i had worse EQ by the newbie routine.
