I’ve been jelqing and I’ve got some gains in length. But, I’m not having any luck with girth. Any recommendations on jelq exercises to increase girth?

Whats your routine now? For how long have you been PE’ing?

I warm up with a warming cloth for a few minutes. Then I do the between the cheeks stretch followed by an A or V stretch. After stretching I wet jelq. Lastly, I use the warming cloth at the end. Total time is around 25 minutes.

Well, your routine is pretty much based on length exercises. Try to add more jelqs, and look into girth manual exercises like Ulis and squeezes.
I wouldnt start clamping just yet since you’ve only been PE’ing for 6 months.
The most important thing - if you start doing a new exercises, read about it and see the potential dangers, girth routines are riskier than length routines in most cases.

I apologize.. I should have been more specific. I jelq for 5 minutes and do the uli for 5 minutes too (for a total of 10 minutes). To tell you the truth, the ulis kind of scare me because it’s almost impossible to keep myself from getting a rock hard erection.. And I know that’s dangerous. Maybe I can do both (jelq and ulis a little more.

Got no girth from newbie routine, just length. After 3 months I added pumping to my routine, and that is how I gained girth.

Have not pumped consistently in a long time, but I still have the girth I gained.
