Jelq focused for length
Dear all,
Hope you could help me with this thing.
I am trying from November 2016 to gain some centimeters in length.
I am doing a routine that gave me some results (+1cm length, +1cm girth).
Since my girth is more than enough for me, I would like to focus on length, but I think the jelq movements I am doing are focusing on girth.
I am doing the following routine:
- 5 mins warm up
- 30-40 mins stretching
- 10 min wet jelq
Do you have some suggestions about the jelq movements in order to focus it on length?
How much have I to make pressure while handling the penis?
Is it better a lower/higher level of erection?
How much fast have I to do the jelq movement? Is it better do it slowly or faster?
Have I to reach exactly the base of the head of the penis with the movement, or end before or over it?
Any other suggestions?
Do you suggest any other particular tip for length?
