Is there just the normal grab and lightly pull and hold for 30 secs, in each direction. My goal is to gain 1inch in length that would make me 17cm NBPEL and 0.8 in girth making me around 6 in girth. I wanna know whats the best way to do that. I do about 15 squash jelqs a day for girth should I do more also I do 150-200 ok grip jelqs. And normal stretches .

I meant that stretching is good for length gains but is there any other stretches I should do besides the casual pull in each direction.

I like V stretches and jelqing. And I think fowfers helps too, especially for flaccid hang.
