I just read some posts here that suggested that my message I posted earlier today is spam. This is not the case. I signed up on Thunder’s today. That was my first post and I will hopefully make more in the future. I’ve joined this site because I’ve been coming across Thunder’s over the last year in my quest for PE knowledge. Looking at other traction devices on the web suggests that the basic design is the same. SizeGenetics simply had a very professional site, their representatives were helpful etc. Moreover, the device was of similar design to the Golden Erect, which was in the first peer-reviewed publication I read supporting traction for PE.

The above reasons are why I posted in this thread, not to pitch a product.

The comfort tech is things like nooses, a sort of strap, and a cushioned pad etc that comes with the product. Sure, it is vastly overpriced. I simply wanted to get a running head start and not worry about jury rigging the device (that was totally new to me). I was paying for the convenience basically.

Provided guys don’t continue to accuse me of being a spammer or provide other flack, I will continue to discuss other things I’ve been trying for PE and sexual health, including Stealth Innerwear, Vigrx-Plus, jelqing etc.

Did you ever stretch before or while wearing the SG?

When conguering a golddigger you need a large bank account, when conquering a dickdigger you need a large tool. When conquering a woman you need a minimum of three things: money, class and yes: dick size. Good news are, you can actually improve in all these three aspects.

Those are also based on flaccid or stretched flaccid length gains, instead than erect, and sometimes on males with a curved penis.

Good luck on gains. Members here aren’t that hostile as they can look at a first impact.

Apologies for the suspicion goinfor9inch and great follow up posts! This forum is designed to be free from the marketing of commericial PE products and that’s why everyone was and is quick on the mark if they believe someone has joined to promote their product.

May I ask what the psychological reasons were for taking a day off per week, I’m curious as I’m extending every day. Do you know how much traction force you extend at? Is it over 2,500 gr? Are you uncut?

I completely agree about the 1,000 hours = 1 inch in length being an unreliable indicator of predicted gains. There are so many variables to be taken into account that it shouldn’t really be used as a conclusive guide to predict gains. Saying that, however, from a quick bit of mental arithmetic you’ve worn your extender just over 2,000 hours which seems to align itself with your reported near 2 inch gain in EL. 1,000 hours = 1 inch should perhaps be seen as a very rough estimation that only applies to that first 1,000 hours and possibly the second thousand hours for some. The law of diminishing returns suggests that any user will eventually reach a plateau in their gains and will want to consider other paths of PE if they want to continue gaining, such as hanging.

I jelqed for a few months before starting the penis traction with SizeGenetics. Jelqing seemed to mainly affect my penis diameter (and vascularity) but not length. I always had a thick penis so length was my concern, hence I looked into traction.

I’ve never done hanging but think that is in my future and am considering a hybrid routine like: One day 6-8 hrs traction alternate with another day with hanging and jelqing (in two sessions). Maybe on the second day I’ll wear Stealth Inner-wear or something like that to stay extended.

I am an open-minded guy. I am trying to extend ideas from 30 years of bodybuilding to PE. But I know they are not identical processes, since bodybuilding mainly focuses on skeletal muscle and PE involves focus on tissues that include collagen-rich erectile tissues, ligaments etc (that is, mainly connective tissue). One idea that I’m debating is whether a principle that (to me) has always worked in bodybuilding is applicable to PE: namely ‘confusion”. In bodybuilding, I grew doing pretty much the same type of routine for the first year or two: benching, squats, dips, rows etc. But then I hit a plateau, just like I think I’m on the cusp of with PE. I never believed the adage that more is (always) better. I resumed making gains in weight training by mixing things up like doing a variety of rep schemes, new exercises, etc. Maybe the penis responds the same way? I don’t know.

I have some ideas that involve hormonal manipulation, including regulating endogenous human growth hormone (HGH) levels that I’ll discuss if anybody cares to listen.

Also, regarding rest days; I found 7 days a week to be absolutely abrading to my mental state (after a few months in the gung-ho phase). I mean, I liked the idea of not being committed to having a device uncomfortably attached to my penis for 6 to 8 hours for at least one day a week. This is the day I blow off steam and go fishing or do something prolonged in public or have sex if that’s an option. I find my penis really feels great the day after, and minor abrasions I tend to get around the glans heal.

I don’t think I will be doing penis traction for 6-8 hours a day forever. To an extent, this endeavor has impacted my life negatively. There are many social events that I had to say no to because I had to get my traction hours in. This includes dating, which is sort of ironic for the obvious reason, right? I want to design a PE routine that is effective to be analogous to my bodybuilding routine, which is typically short (1 hr to 1.5 hours), but intense. That is why I am going to try hanging in the future, but will wait until I am definitely at a plateau with penis traction.

You already seem much more legit to me.

Your posting plus the original poster just reminded me of the one, two punch. Did Internet marketing years ago and I am always a little dubious.
Plus the glowing reviews. I really hope you do stick around and it looks like you can contribute to the forum.

If someone does have a stake in a company all that is asked is that they have a commercial account. It’s not like they get banned. What happens is we have people that get sneaky and open multiple accounts, instead of just being honest.

SWM is a classic example. Some of his older postings and methods have actually been helpful to me. However, he went down the dark side and now isn’t trustworthy.

Sometimes it’s just a pleasure to read a thread here and this is one of those times. I think everyone was thinking the right thing at the start with a new poster and a glowing review. I’m glad we have a forum of people thinking critically about posters and their intent. It made me happy to sit on the fence and watch. One thing though, bots and astroturfers tend to set up accounts quickly and don’t do things like adding stats (even once).

It’s also just as nice to see the turn around.

Welcome to the forum.

You will see some scepticism to your gains and this is right and proper but you are going the right way about responding, imo. Also PE pills are a huge waste of money. With your background you know that diet is of primary importance and beyond that if you need to supplement there are much more cost effective ways of pulling out the useful constituents from these pills or even going for a pill that is marketed at virility, like Male Response, as these contain much the same ingredients at a much better pharmaceutical grade and without the added rat faeces sometimes found in PE pills.

There was a thread of a very successful gainer who abided to your ideas, that is , confuse the penis. I can’t find it right now, maybe someone can. If I’m right he was called Peter something. He basically changed exercises, reps, and schedule all the time.

I’d like to respond to Memento’s comment regarding penis pills. In a prior post I (casually) mentioned that I am considering experimenting with boosting endogenous (I.e. Made by your own body) human growth hormone (HGH) levels to see if that enhances the gains I make doing PE. Before I go on, let me state that I am NOT an expert in human physiology, urology or similar topics that may be directly relevant to PE and penis health. However, I do have a research background in chemistry (not biological/bio- chemistry, rather physical chemistry) so I am familiar with how to look into new topics by accessing peer-reviewed papers in medical and scientific journals. Also, as I noted before, I’m a long-time bodybuilding enthusiast, and (admittedly) when younger experimented with human and veterinary hormones (not HGH, however) and do know they powerful effect they can have on the human body.

HGH is not a steroid, rather a polypeptide hormone (I.e. String of amino acids) that imparts general growth on the body and is elevated in men and women when they are young, but as we age is found in significantly lower concentrations in the body. I’ve seen (in person) and worked out with guys who’ve taken this hormone (some heavily) and noticed a increase in mass of ALL tissues stimulated, not just skeletal muscle. These tissues include bone, and organ systems like the gut, which is said to arise from growth of smooth muscle (that is stimulated from its contractions during digestion). (There is even a term in modern bodybuilding called HGH or GH gut, which you can google).

Now before you say, “Wow, this guy’s crazy or proposing doing something dangerous and illegal,” please hear me out. I am not proposing taking HGH injections for PE. I am proposing optimizing your own HGH levels (getting them back to what they were when you were young). And then doing PE, like penis traction, in conjunction with this. This is what I am thinking about doing in the upcoming year:

There are a few mechanism by which to max out your natural HGH. One is taking another polypeptide called Semorelin (Geref). This must be prescribed by a doctor and is used in aging therapy. Older PE enthusiasts may want to think about this. It raises you HGH to its optimal level. The other method does not rely on prescriptions, rather taking high dosages of specific amino acids, most notably L-arginine. Arginine suppresses the ‘counter’ hormone to HGH, namely somatostatin, thus allowing HGH to maximize. This has been known since the 80s (e.g. Alba-Roth et. Al. (1988). “Arginine Stimulates Growth Hormone Secretion by Suppressing Endogenous Somatostatin Secretion”. The Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism 67 (6): 1186. Doi:10.1210/jcem-67-6-1186). (I have more recent studies if anyone’s interested.) It seems that between about 5-7 g of this amino acid taken before bed works optimally to help release HGH, and arginine is available at any health food store in pills or powders.

I know my PE routine of traction and jelqing is tearing my penis down on a nearly daily basis: My penis aches at the end of the day. Just like muscle building, the growth comes in the recovery phase and I am going to explore relatively safe options to increase my anabolism and maximize my gains.

If anyone is aware of a thread on this site dedicated to this topic, I’d appreciate if they passed the information on. I am heading into the unknown here, and would appreciate hearing other peoples ideas and results.

Did you ever stretch manually before or during your extender routine? What equivalent force do you think you use? Do you feel any kind of soreness/fatigue?

Ever took any hormone or steroid during your good gains progress?

What is your job if I can ask that can spend 8h at home, are you a personal trainer?

How often are you jelqing?

It’d be great to know how you use the SG and if you are uncut.

Now I don’t know to reply here or on that thread. Love how threads get so off topic. Need a site map program that shows a family tree of threads.

I personally am not sure about the PE confusing methodology. I believe that routines need to adapt over time.

But I believe PE “confusion” gains can be attributed to consistency due to using a new toy. One method is getting boring and you find yourself not putting in the time and intensity like you used to. Now you get that brand new toy / method and you go gangbusters. You never miss a session and when you are doing your exercises they aren’t half-hearted like your previous method.

Don’t get me wrong I believe certain methods like an ADS probably have a maximum that you can gain. Eventually most people will find that time and/or tension is going to have to increase, if you want to keep getting those gains.

Now some routines might be hitting a different area more effectively and this could be helping. But his premise that it is confusing his penis is suspect. I think if he had the time and his penis could tolerate it, he could have gained if he used all of his rotating methods on the same day.

But of course my thinking is biased by being part of the “more is more” way of thinking.
