Is SizeGenetics a scam?

Thanks again goinfor9inch

What I meant by fatigue is the soreness of the stretch at the base rather than the sores you may get due to the plastic or screws rubbing your skin

When conguering a golddigger you need a large bank account, when conquering a dickdigger you need a large tool. When conquering a woman you need a minimum of three things: money, class and yes: dick size. Good news are, you can actually improve in all these three aspects.

If I were you I’d definitely considered getting a VacExtender, as it seems that the strap is causing you some discomfort.

You can quantify the force of the springs of your extender with kitchen weighing scales. Place the base of the extender on the scales with the rods fixed upright and reset the scale to zero. Push the rods of the extender down until the springs reach full compression and then you know how much traction force they exert. The trick is to find the sweet spot so you’re not pushing past max compression and then getting an inaccurate reading. I have an Andropenis extender and in the guidebook it states that the springs are 1,500 grams. I decided on a whim to test them on the weighing scales and they’re actually 2,500 grams. So when I was extending with springs fully compressed thinking that I was stretching at high tension, I was actually stretching beyond high tension to the point where injury was very likely. And I did get injured.

However, I made a thread a few weeks or a month ago in regards to spring-loaded extenders and traction force. You might be able to provide some input. Maybe at the start of your extending do you remember stretching your unit in the extender but not enough to compress the springs at all? Your penis is being pulled, so there is traction force at play, but how much? And does that traction force count as a part of the 1,500 gram springs even though they’re not being compressed? For example, the springs only started to compress on my extender when I stretched above 19cm. That’s quite a big stretch really. So the traction force allowing me to stretch to say, 18cm, is that a part of the 1,500 gram springs? I hope I explained that well enough. This part of the extending process is hard for me to explain.

Soreness at base

Yes, I definitely get soreness around the flesh at the base of my penis and pubis, near wear the plastic base of the extender sits, especially when under high tension. I sometimes pad with some paper towels to help, or simply take the device off for 10 minutes or so and start again.

Seems like a good way to estimate the force of the springs, KFH, thanks. 2500 grams (2.5 kg) is about 5.5 lbs; do you consider that high tension? I mean, isn’t that in the ballpark of starting weights with hangers?

The way I’m using my extender complicates an accurate quantification of tension (force). I set my SizeGenetics device with number of arm bars such that I can barely get into it while pulling my flaccid penis as hard as I can (including pulling the meat of my pubis forward). Then I begin lengthening the screws adding more force, which will add to the initial tension.

My results from this device are slowing down after about 14 months or so of use. I think I made great gains with it: 1 7/8 inches erect gain (hard to estimate flaccid, with my size varying so much) and I am pleased. With the hanging, which I’ll begin with in the spring, I will take very accurate measurements of my penis (perhaps monthly) and correlate with metrics like weight (a force), time, and impulse (force x time). I am really hoping the best correlation is between length gain and impulse; that way I can do PE on a reasonable time schedule (maybe 2-3 hrs a day, including time to re-wrap the penis and breaks between ‘sets’) and progressively increase the weight—seriously, doing 6-8 hrs of PE with an extender is having a somewhat negative impact on my life. I cannot leave the house with the device on, cannot have company, cannot socialize (other than on the net), and am constantly distracted by it, which hinders my creativity. I can manage doing an intense 2-3 hr workout of PE however. (And making that routine part of an actual (I have a) lifestyle.)

Also, even with hanging, there is a complication in regards to the quantification of tension/force, namely how that force is distributed. I plan on starting out with the most logical position (to me) in hanging: weight hanging straight down as I sit of stand, not impeded by the cord running across my testes or thigh etc. In that case there’s a direct line of force between the weight pulling down and the penis. But in other positions (ex. Over the shoulder) some of that force may be redistributed (to the shoulder etc) making it hard to directly quantify the force on the penis. Hence, for my initial study I will focus on hanging straight down to understand the correlation between gains and the aforementioned metrics. But I plan on trying the other hanging positions after a few months of hanging.

—Newton would’ve probably been aghast to learn his beloved vector, force, was evoked in a discussion on penis enlargement. Then again, Isaac purportedly died a virgin—so who cares!

The way you use extender (reaching fatigue as much as possible and resting every 1h or so) is similar to the hanging way and opposite to the producers advise (more than 2h and low tension).

I doubt a vacextender can apply as much tension as he has been applying. Can it? Is there any point for him using a vacextender?

In regards to your comments and questions:

I never read a definitive routine at the Sizegenetics website (or in information that came with the device), so I read the papers I’ve cited in a prior post (e.g. The J Sex Medicine paper—I was unaware of Thunder’s at the time) and discerned that this device must be worn over multiple hours daily to work. Six to 8 hrs per day was manageable for me and I figured the more tension the better. To me taking short breaks, even just 5 minutes to reset the device and put it back on, is critical—both for safety and pain-management.

I probably will try to Vac-Extender and let disseminate my results and observations.

Hanging is definitely on my must-do list. I will give it a decent run—4-6 months at least—before making any claims whether it is working for me or not. If it does then I will keep going with it; if not, back to traction or some other routine.

Try both hanging and traction followed by each other.
Similar to manual exercsise and traction followed it can amplify the initial intensity on the timeline.

2-3 hours of hang time will be enough, most likely. Hanging can be distracting but you are able to multitask also. If I am studying or doing some work, I do it in 15-18 minute chunks. With the other couple minutes spent on attaching the hanger and increasing the weight. For me this is good because if I study for to long, I find my mind wandering. Plus when the 20 minute set is done, I walk around. It probably isn’t healthy to be lying down or sitting all day long. Using my sets as a guide, I get off of my butt during the day.

I track my hanging on a spread sheet and I do differentiate between positions, weight, and time. Part of the reason is I know I can hang at a higher weight going SD vs BTC. There is a little bit of art vs science in hanging. You can track all the weight but you are correct in the fact that tension/force will not be distributed the same in all positions. So instead of getting stuck on the amount of weight, the art of hanging is getting that feel for it. Feeling what is effective, what is bringing on fatigue.

How comes you never thought about adding stretches to your SG routine and you did consider jelqs goinfor9inch? What do you think about manual stretches? In my case I have been stretching for 1 hour (15,20 min sets generally) and haven’t gained, and it has been 4 months like this.. Btw, today I will get some PE devices and will start by using an ADS, you can also combine ADS and hanging or ADS and keep on using the extender :)

What hanger are you considering?

I hope you read this, no joke I sincerely do (I see its been almost a year since this thread has been active, thankfully its not one of the threads who started way back in like 2007)

I bought my SG probably in 2012 but only used it randomly as I was an impatient younger college kid at the time. I recently became very interested in PE again and have dusted off my SG after also using Jelqing with minimal effects on length and some possible (not recorded, but just from looking at it) gains in girth. Reading this whole thread has made you basically the star of it, and has really put faith in my that SG can help to increase my length. I have now been using the devise for about a week now (as much as is possible with life and whatnot) for 6-8 hours a day. Obviously its too soon to record any gains, which I’ve tried to see, but have seen none which is understandable as its only been a week. I started workout out a little over a year ago as well and have made many visible gains in myself and have definitely become addicted to the gym and what hard work, and dedication can transform my body into. Thanks for what you’ve shared with us here, it gives me hope that I can transform that part of myself that I previously thought was only able to change through expensive and dangerous surgery.

Anywho

Now that I’m past that long story short stuff, I was wondering.
About how long did you wear the devise before you started to see results in your measurements/looks?
As far as my experience with working out has gone, (and its been very consistent, try for everyday though it usually works out to 5-6 days for 1-2 hours) once I started to see results that was all the motivation I needed to continue to workout and gain. I feel with PE it will be the same for me, as far as using the SG extender. So once again, how long was it before you started to see results in your measurements/looks in terms of length, and have you noticed anything in terms of girth?

I have literally read this entire thread and all your replies as well, once again thanks for your candidness. I know I don’t just speak for myself when I say we really appreciate it.

I too love the gym, working out, and building my body. Though compared to starting in the 1980’s I suppose I’m a novice. I started working out seriously (not bodybuilding status, at least not yet) little over a year ago now and have made many visible/noticeable gains (as well as strength gains) since then. Definitely have become addicted to the gym and what hard work, dedication, and a love of chasing results can transform my body into. Thanks for what you’ve shared with us here, it gives me hope that I can transform a part of myself I previously thought was only able to change with expensive and dangerous surgery (though my own hardwork and dedication like I’ve experienced with the gym). Its odd but as I’ve read your posts It seems we have some similarities, such as previous PE experience, regularly working out, as well as I too love creative writing, mostly scifi and fantasy, however I havn’t taken to that hobby for a few years now. Back to PE, as far as length goes I am starting somewhat shorter than you. Girth is something I plan on building from jelqing but am hoping wearing the extender will help with as well. I too experimented with Jelqing before moving on to the extender or looking at the extender more seriously seeing possible results but nothing too noticeable.

Anywho
