I only jelq and clamp cause I’m a 9” length, but only 4.5” girth. -I also use an extender to even out a little penile bending-

Well, an extender is likely to add some length but no girth. You should work on adding some girth, not because you need it but for purely comestic reasons, so to speak.

Don’t extenders help straightening out bending?

Where do you measure those 4.5 girth ? In the base , mid shaft, under the glans or its evenly all the way up?

One thing we probably never quite appreciate is how other’s equipment feels, behaves, reacts, improves. I would imagine most people want length followed by girth, but to have ample length and average girth quite possibly requires a completely different regime.
IMO, I would stay away from anything that adds length- period- stop it.
You need to retrain the expansion “pressure” to go hunting for the easiest route- and basically, you need to hammer your unit for girth stretching. I would suggest looking at a program of manual compressions and hand clamping, coupled with kegeling- I think you are going to have to be pretty brutal, and it may take six months conditioning.
You may also loose a little length in the process- or you may not, but you need to perform exercises “in the zone” at anywhere between 25-75% erection and just make that tube stretch out sideways!

Actually that’s my genetics I just made a routine to add some girth.
