1) I will start PE this week but ı have realised something. When ı do kegel in full hard erection. My penis doesn’t go up and down. It goes in and out my body very little. Up and down action happens when kegeling with %75-%80 erection. Is it normal and what do you think?

2) I have one more question. Even at %100 erection, my angle isn’t high. It is 90 degree with my body when ı am standing ( parallel to floor). It is said that stretching usually causes lower erection angles. In this situation ı think that ı shall do downward stretching. Do you think it is a good idea?

3) Does downward stretching give little gains than upward stretching? Thank you very much.

1) If you are full hard, you won’t see much movement in your penis when you Kegel.

2) My erection angle isn’t high either. Never caused me a problem in sex. Stretching never influenced my angle at all. Go ahead and do it.

3) There is an old stretching exercise called The Helicopter. You stretch outward in all the positions of the clock: 1 o’clock, 2 o’clock, etc., including 5, 6, and 7, which are downward. Then you pull straight out. It’s a super exercise and I recommend it to anyone into stretching.
