I’ve had some time to think about this…
4” gains is not realistic for the vast majority of us. I’ve been on this site for almost 4 years now, and have been doing my research.
The largest gainers are guys who had an inordinate amount of inner penis tied up by the suspensory ligs and/or guys who had lost length over the years due to getting fat, smoking, drinking, out of shape…
A 4” gainer could be a guy who was 7.5 NBP in his young twenties, by the time he is his mid 40’s, due to lowered testosterone, smoking for 20+ years, plaque loaded circulatory system, lowered and diminished confidence from aging…. He may have at this point in time a 5.5NBP to 6.0 NBP wang…
Thru cleaning up his diet, losing weight, cutting out cigarettes and alcohol and some PE he gets back to 7.5NBP of his youth which is a 2” gain. Through additional PE in stretching, hanging and clamping - he gets 2” of gain on top of this for 4” total of gains.
This is believeable.
For most of us we should be happy to get 1”, and 2” requires a lot of hard work. The truth according to the data that 3” gains and larger is probably not going to happen.
