Is gaining 4 inches in BPEL not realistic

Now all this math is not based on fact, experiences or any data; I have in fact pulled the 1mm number out of my ass because I think it reasonable to gain at least 1mm a month. So to answer your question I think it depends on the person, I probably would not have the patience nor desire to grow 4 inches. I think most would eventually find other hobbies.

Very few people, if any, experience a constant rate of growth for very long. Nearly all experience an initial growth phase of some magnitude and duration, and then hit a plateau at some point. For some that plateau can last months to years. Some never break through a plateau.

Plotting out your “expected growth” in the future based on initial gains is almost certain to lead to disappointment.

It might be possible if you are very lucky and dedicated and spend hours and hours on pe like bib did. If you want to gain that amount, I would go straight into hanging and start as slow as possible, trying to gain no more than 1 mm a month. In my opinion the less you gain a month the more you will gain in total. That is why I would not do manual stretches. Hanging 8+ hours a day and trying not to gain too fast would be your best bet i guess.

I’ve only heard / seen two people who have gained 4 inches from PE. This is extremely rare.

Newbie routine is there for a reason.

What I`ve seen here is the law of diminishing returns.

Initial growth followed by a plateau then de-con break followed, for some, by a renewed growth only slower and with greater intensity of effort required to gain.

Some may have experienced different, but I think this is the consistent theme.and I sure hope so because this stubborn plateau is frustrating to say the least.

Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

Just keep on trying new things and you will break free of your plateu, have you read about the TGC theory?.

I don’t see why it wouldn’t be possible for someone to gain that much, but I dont think everyone is able to. Who knows. I honestly think it would take about 6 or 7 years of dedication and consistency. I think that the time it takes to gain 4” isn’t really worth it. You could be fucking girls or enjoying life!

I agree with you, that is the consistent theme. It seems like some guys approach some maximal achievable length asymptotically. If they have the potential to gain 3 inches of length total, they might get halfway there the first year, and gain 1.5”. The second year, they may get halfway there again, gaining another .75” for a total of 2.25”. The third year they get half way there once more, gaining an additional .375”, etc.

In this way they keep gaining “endlessly” but they never quite make it to 3” and never surpass it.

I think it is very likely that those individuals who have made those extraordinary gains of over 3” were not only fanatically determined, they had lifestyles that allowed them to devote enormous amounts of time and energy to PE, plus they were probably also genetically predisposed to make large gains. I suspect very few of us could ever run a 4 minute mile no matter how determined we were and how hard and long we trained.

How about this, whether it is possible or impossible……..just keep PE’ing and find out for yourself. If you gain an inch, be happy you gained an inch and keep striving for 4”. If you strive for 4” and after 7 years you’ve only gained 2”, you should be ecstatic that your dick is now 2” bigger than it was before you started PE’ing on your journey to gaining 4”. You may have failed, but in everyone elses eyes and mother natures you have won.

Note that there IS no 4.0” data point. None was needed, as no one has accomplished it and reported it.

Interesting that most people quit within 50 weeks and the sample thins out significantly after 100 weeks

I think Bib claimed such gains. Not sure, do a search.

Edit: Here you go.

I quit PE an while back just after A few weeks. got some EQ but lost it quickly. that was in OCT ‘10.

Natural EQ returned fairly resonantly. Right now I have my true size. As my old measurements are only semi-hard, seen below.
I need to buy a new tape measure & post some new ones.

I compare it against the Playstation 3 blu-ray remote and gets all the way to the bottom of the audio button. Non bone pressed.
The remote is 8.6” long

The bottom of the audio button is approximately 1.25cm from the top of the remote

You do the math.

Yes BIB is one of the two I am aware of that made such a claim and he has been faulted for never posting pictures. The other is DLD who, as you know, is felt by many to have posted photo-shopped pictures. I believe JonPop got up to just 4" gain, but then retreated back a little. There is the guy who has been referred to "Big Gainer" on this forum, who may have come close. And there is a guy who has been cited by Big Al who gained around 5" but that was with a combination of enhancement surgery and PE.

There may be one or two others lurking somewhere, but suffice it to say that out of the many thousands of guys who have attempted PE, the number who have gained 4" of permanent length gain without surgery can probably be counted on the fingers of one hand.

Wow you must be really desperate to want 4 inches.

Sometimes smaller “thunder” is better than larger one :) I´m quite inexperienced (quite heavy:) ), but it is my small opinion.
