However the problem with PE is that is takes years, years! So even if it takes me for example 6-7 years I’d be ultra happy. But I agree with UPto7 that 3 or 4 inches is next to impossible and that would a lot(I’m not sure how many hours per day have big gainers put into but I think it would take multiple hours for 3 inches and 4 inches, well 4 is extra hard for anyone I’m not even gonna take a guess. On the other hand most people don’t need 3 or 4 inches.
Well I got my first inch thanks to stretching (more ligaments, less tunica) and I’m at 55 minutes of stretching per session. I’m forced to split that session in morning and evening because my hands become fatigued from all the stretching to the point where I can hold the stretch for barely 30-45 seconds at a time. When I start out, I can hold the stretch for up to 6 minutes, depending on the angle (BTC is easier than SD).
Soon I’m going to attack tunica with V/A and bundled stretches and we’ll see what’s going to happen and how long it’s going to take to get another 0.5”. If I get back to hanging, I don’t think I’ll attack ligaments much, if at all, because I already got an inch from them. Focusing on SO and SU angles would be probably a better idea.

Apart from the mentioned diminishing returns, taking a lot/enough deconditioning breaks, and proceed to do PE over a period of 5-10 years, the 3 to 4 inch sounds plausible enough for me.
I don’t think 4” is possible even after 5-10 years because that’s simply a huge change for the penis, even in the long run. That means going from below average 4” to huge 8” or from average 6” to monstrous 10”. Can you imagine that much growth? It’s hard to find legit evidence of even a 2” gain, let alone 3” or 4”.
I’m sure there are individuals who could reach 3” of gains, hell, maybe even 4”, as rare as they might be (probably 1 in a million of those who do PE), but I think this thread is about how realistic is to expect such a gain. If you ever gain 2”, 3” or 4”, you can consider yourself extremely lucky and be proud, but if you start out expecting that much, that’s extremely unrealistic.
