Intermediate question
Ok, so I’ve been reading a lot on the forums and haven’t been able to find this exact answer using the search function. I’ve done 6 months of sizegenetics and now about 1 month of the newbie routine. I know I’m getting ahead of myself here but I’m 100% already committed to these exercises. My understanding is that after about 3 months I can move to advanced routines, I can’t seem to find any intermediate steps. Looks like there is hanging or an ADS for length and there is clamping or pumping for girth. My question is, when it comes to length should I hang or use my sizegenetics again + jelq and manual stretch. When I get the length that I want, is it better to hang or pump? Should I do both? I’m just a little confused when it comes to the next step. Any help is greatly appreciated.
