Ok, so I’ve been reading a lot on the forums and haven’t been able to find this exact answer using the search function. I’ve done 6 months of sizegenetics and now about 1 month of the newbie routine. I know I’m getting ahead of myself here but I’m 100% already committed to these exercises. My understanding is that after about 3 months I can move to advanced routines, I can’t seem to find any intermediate steps. Looks like there is hanging or an ADS for length and there is clamping or pumping for girth. My question is, when it comes to length should I hang or use my sizegenetics again + jelq and manual stretch. When I get the length that I want, is it better to hang or pump? Should I do both? I’m just a little confused when it comes to the next step. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Everybody is different so you will have to do some experimenting when it comes to the more advanced exercises. My personal recommendation would be to use an extender and a clamp. There are many variations of routines you could follow using the two devices but you can cross that bridge when you get to it.

Starting: 5.5 BPEL, 4.5 EG

Current: 6.2 BPEL, 4.5 EG

Goal: 8 BPEL, 6 EG

Pump is easier to control and safer than clamping, I would recommend that you start there.

I have a month doing PE and am also wondering if there is an intermediate routine for when newbies stop growing with the newbie routine.
