Newb question

I’m currently 21 years old and seriously considering going down the PE road for the first time. When I was much younger.. Around 15 or 16 I considered getting into PE, but the resources just weren’t there. I’ve been reading this site for the past couple of days and I must say, the amount of information here is amazing and the amount of input and open conversation is stunning as well. So I’d like to start off my first post by saying thanks to the mods for keeping this up and running.

I measured myself today with what I would call an optimal erection to have 7.5in BPEL and 5.5in Midshaft EG.

Anyways, onto my question.. Assuming I dedicate myself to creating and sustaining a solid routine, is it within reason to expect results without using any exercises that require devices (ie. Hanging, clamping or pumping)? It’s not that I doubt any of the results that people have posted in their sigs, I just find them to be almost surreal (in that I would love to have the same results). I’ve been heavy into weightlifting for the past three years and I am obsessed with results, but I am very leery of using anything but my own hands when it comes to my cock.

I guess to make this nice and short I could have just worded my question as:

For those of you with PE experience, is it reasonable for a 21 year old with about an average sized penis to expect sustainable gains through PE exercises involving nothing but his own hands?

Again, I’m sorry if the question seems a little absurd considering the audience.. But the idea that I can improve my sexual prowess just as I have improved my physique truly does seem too good to be true.

In short, yes. Jelqs are the main source of gains for most PEers I think. Hanging has become particularly popular as of late, but when I started out pretty much everyone was doing jelqs and stretches. That’s all I really do still. I bought a hanger but I just never really got into it.

Thanks for the response. In the time that elapsed between my post and your response I made the decision to dedicate myself to a solid routine for a period of no less than three months so as to not ever regret passing on the potential PE has to offer. Your response has strengthened my resolve.

I see you’re in BC.. Wish I was there now man. I used to live in Brackendale (so damn close to Whistler), but I’ve moved out East to Toronto for university. The weather here doesn’t compare and I may as well have thrown my snowboard in the trash.

Your gains from Jelq and stretching will be real if you stick to a regular schedule. Make sure that you read all you can, as you are still a Newbie to PE.

Hey I’m 22 yrs old, basically the same as you. A month ago when I started jelqing, I measured 7.5 in length and 5.75 girth.After one month of PE my erect length is now 8 inches, and a little over 6 girth. In about a month I’m gonna add in a horse squeeze to really thicken it. But overall my penis is healthy and my erections are ridiculous. Let me know if you want any more advice buddy.

Welcome Satiate, nice current stats. You could be a super beast if you’re really as focused as you sound. I’ve gone from 5.5 EG and 5 EL to 6+ EG and 8+ EL solely from ‘manual’ exercises. If you’d like to read up on my routine and some of the many other factors that I believe contributed, do a search for my newbie forum posts.

Thanks for the replies guys. And yes, I will certainly be dedicated to a routine once I’ve learned enough to make sure I’m going to be doing everything properly and as efficiently as possible. Thankfully I’ve already been working out for a long time and I know how to force myself to do something that will produce longterm benefits.. Especially once I start to see the benefits.

I’m sure I’ll be all over these forums once I’m into a routine and the questions start to pop up.

Heh, I don’t take compliments very well my friend. I find it’s a negative attitude towards my physical state that really drives me towards improving it. I guess this is a bad outlook.. But whatever works right?

Anyways, I’ve yet to start any PE routine since I want to make sure I know what problems can arise and how to avoid them before I begin. But, I will be closely documenting the entire process once I start do since I am very interested in all of this. It’s almost like a subculture here.

Hi Satiate. You have the attitude of a gainer. Some sports have winners; bodybuilding and PE have gainers! If you commit to three months and are consistent, you will still be around in a couple of years time on this site because the benefits will be as apparent as those you get from the gym.

Read as much as you can before you create your own routine, but start the newbie routine first. It really is the best place to begin. Oh, and read the forum guidelines; very important. Yes we are almost like a subculture here.

Start with the newbie routine.

I am 18 and I have made really good gains by being dedicated to PE. This way gains are easier to make.
I gained 3 cm in girth in 8 months when I reached my goal and I gained 4 cm of length in 10 moths so it is really possible for a young guy to gain a lot.

Yeah, that’s what my Mom was telling me a couple days ago. I’m sure my mountain is still looking good though. Can’t wait for reading week so I can strap the board back on.

BTW Beasty I’m very interested in your routine. In all reality I’m more interested in girth than length and your girth gain is exactly what the doctor called for.
