I saw a recent post where somebody asked for an intermediate routine focused on length. I will be approaching the 4 month mark soon and I would like to focus my routines more on girth. I think I have read up on almost every girth exercise but I would appreciate some suggestions. It’s the same without working out in the gym. I know all the moves but I always needed some help creating an efficient routine. So, any suggestions on exercises, duration, number of reps etc. focused towards girth would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
