Injury - Glans sensitivity

Injury - Glans sensitivity

Hello everyone,
I think I might have screwed up here.
I was stretching on last sunday and after the session I wanted to measure my BPFSL. That’s when I gripped kind of hard on my glans.
Yeah really stupid right. Soon after that my glans became like numb.
The morning after I had regain partial sensitivity.
Since then the sensitivity is only like 30% of what it used to be. I am a lot less sensitive to cold or hot water and everything.
The rest of my shaft and foreskin are ok.
I have stopped all PE obviously.
Has anyone recovered from this?

Thanks a lot for any input

I didn’t have injuries to talk about.. But I guess it is no big deal.

Don’t do any PE until it gets normal.. I wouldn’t masturbate too.

I guess you should wait some days or a week, it should get ok, if don’t, look for a doctor.

But I’m thinking.. How hard did you gripped it? I can’t think how I would grip so hard to injure like that.. Maybe I don’t know because I don’t stretch.

Start January 2013: NBPEL 6.2" (15,7cm) / MSEG 5.2" (13,2cm) / BPEL 6.6"(16,8cm) / FL - 3.5" (9cm) / FG - 3.9" (10cm)

Mid-term Goal : NBPEL 6.7"(17cm) / MSEG 5.5"(14cm) / FL 4.5" (11,5cm) / FG 4.5"(11,5cm)

I guess it’s getting better already. Though I think it has not totally come back to its previous sensitivity. I am going to give it some more rest. Thanks for your support simplegain

you’re welcome, mannykian!
