Reducing glans sensitivity

I have read here about penis and nervous system being capable of being trained. I wonder are there ways maybe to reduce the effect or the maximum penis stumulation trigger area under the glans ? If the only ways are external substances as creams are there any safe ones that won’t have the same effect on the contacting vagina and that can be applied long time before intercourse?

Well, if you PE poorly you could end up reducing your sensitivity drastically (damage to the dorsal nerve)! :)

A good PE regimen usually helps men to “stay in control” better, even while sensitivity, per se, isn’t really reduced. What kind of experience do you have with PE and kegels?

Are you cut or uncut? I am uncut and i heard that by leaving the foreskin pulled back during your day-to-day life will reduce the sensitivity of the glans, thus technically you should be able to last longer during sex. I only started a day or two ago so no feedback yet, but maybe someone else can back this up? This sounds pretty reasonable, so if you’re uncut then i’d try it.

Advice from Tomico seems sound - that’s what I do. For me it also has the effect - at least occassionally - of keeping the flaccid length/ girth more pronounced - which may have some long-term benefits.
