I'm not getting a good hang after my jelqs why

Hey guys, so I’ve been with the newbie routine for over a month now, in the beginning I was getting good hangs for a while after I was done with my jelks, but now it seems that I just kinda go back to my regular flaccid size after I’m done with them?

Does that matter? Does it mean I’m jelqing too rough? Too light?

Any input appreciated :)

Craz, what happens if you “shake it out” - you know, like after you have urinated and you try to shake out the last drops?

For me that is enough to get some blood back into it.

It’s worth giving the above link a read, just to see if any of it applies to you.

Try doing a bit less than your current routine and see if that helps; I’ve always found that over-doing it results in less hang. If that doesn’t work, try doing a bit more; you may not be reaching the same level of effect as you did when you first started, now that you are better conditioned.

Everytime I jelq (in the shower) its nice and plump and hanging longer than ever (not that long). As soon as I dry off and get dressed maybe 5 minutes has gone by mine too goes back to normal size if not smaller. I’m certainly not overdoing it at all now, possibly even overdoing it. May just be the way your body is. Alls I know in my case I’m just like you and I can rule out over doing it. How many strokes and how long do you do it for?

I still think my jelqs help overall, but about 5-10 minutes after I shrink as well. So I’m going to keep it up as long as its just temporary.

I almost never get post workout hang/expansion and that never stopped me from gaining. :) I think you don’t have to worry.

How long have you been working it. It’s been about three years now for me and I am just starting to see improvements in my flaccid.

Good point - my post jelq “Pump” only lasts 10 mins or so. Actual flaccid gains come very slowly. I am a grow-er not a show-er. I suspect Craz might be a grower too.

Also if you are able to, try and keep your unit elongated after length work or ‘plump’ if doing girth work. Trying to keep it in it’s longer or fatter state, post workout

I also recommend mixing up your post session hot wraps with cold dips. Try hot, cold then hot, and kegel all the way through.it feels good, and from doing it after girth work yesterday, I woke up with a fat unit today. And I don’t mean a large lady.
