6 months, good gains, and thoughts for newbies

My first 6 months have rewared me with gains of 1.72 inches in length of .55 inches in girth, but I feel like I haven’t been taking a good systematic approach. I try to aproach things as logically as possible to get the best out of it. Although PE works differently for different people (like how some people complain about girth coming to fast… assholes!!!, but some (like me) would kill for girth) I do think there are some principles or approaches that would optimize growth results for some.

This is mainly for newbies(I’m still a newbie myself) that may read this, as it’s nothing new to the vets.

I’m going to take this approach for the next six months. Although this is nothing revelutionary, there is some merit to the principles behind it.

I don’t have to great gift of explaining things like some others on the board, but I will expound as well as I can.

I am going to take two different approaches to growth: One for length and one for girth.

Length.

Although the ligs need time to heal, they are not like muscles that need a complete recovery before you begin your next workout. It probably would be counterproductive to hang and allow a complete heal and then hang again. You would only be allowing the ligs to get stronger for the next workout. Thus making it necessary to apply more force to compensate… which would mean longer hang time or heaver weight. You want to hang, hang, hang, and until your ligs are fatigued and then you really want to get at it. Hanging with a couple of more sessions (you probably would have to lower the weight) would be optimum when you in this state. The lengthing actually occurs when you hanging in the fatigued state, not in the process of getting there with the first sessions (that’s just half the battle).

I was also reading an article (which I’m pissed I didn’t save) by an doctor who confirmed that merits of PE himself (not some Doctor who does enlargement surgeries). He would hang every 8 hours religiously and then keep the penis expanded to heal in that state. There’s some medical explanation as to why he hung every 8 hours (I think someone explained this on the boards before), cell growth or something like that… I don’t remember exacly but it made sense. Well he had extroadinary gains, according to him (have no proof) but I was working with that routine that last week of May and I would tell a difference.

Anyway, to make a long story short, this will be the basis of my routine for hanging the next 6 months to bring my year to completion:

Hanging 6 days on, 1 off.

AM-
2 sets (20 minutes) max weight
followed my wearing my ADS

Midday
1. 5 minutes of v stretches
1. 5 minutes of behing the leg pulls
1. 5 minutes of cranking

followed by wearing my ADS

PM
1. 4 sets (20 minutes each) max weight or until I can’t hang because of severe fatigue

followed by wearing my penis enlarger strap at night.

I think this routine will keep my penis is constant struggle to compensate with the continuous stress and prompte growth. I don’t know for sure, but we’ll see.

My routine for girth.

This has been a struggle for me. But I have realized my mistakes. First I stopped using heat for the warmups and would go directly to my routine. Looking back at my growth… It came to a halt when I skipped the warmup. Then I started using my rock sock again and got some decent pumps from my workout; however, I started using hot moist heat, and got the greatest pumps of my life. My penis was really expanded and plump like never before after my workouts. Another thing I noticed to is that I was just going through the motions with my jelqing/squeezed. etc. When working out other parts of the body (I know the penis is different because it is not a muscle) it is known you want to push that part to a controlled extreme of stress. Your body reacts to that stress with growth (with the right nutrition and rest of course).

Monday

Workout A

5 minutes warm up (moist heat)

50 ulis

5 Minute warm up

25 pan squeezes

but I will be adding 3 reps per exercise per next workout

Tuesday

Workout B

5 minute warmup

50 jelqs with power jelqer

5 minute warmup

25 jelq squeezes

but I will be adding 3 reps per exercise per next workout

Thursday

Workout A

Friday

Workout B

All of these exercises will be performed slowly with emphasis placed on intensity… really pushing the penis beyond it normal dimension but with careful attention to how my penis responds as to not cause injury

Also, I think the tissues, as opposed to the ligs which are stretched in a different way (Bib or someone could explain this better because I don’t know where to begin), do need more time to heal and grown and then you push them over the top again, making perpetual growth like that of a bodybuilder who attacks
Alright, that sums it up… hopefully I’ll have some good gains to report over the next 6 months.

You don’t sound like a newbie to me - you are just being modest perhaps ?

Would you be kind enough to explain to this newbie, details of

(1) your ADS - what is, and how it works ?

(2) Your cock “enlargement strap” ?

Maybe I need to do something about getting these ?
Where do I get them ?

I started hanging only in April,

I can’t attest personally about real results with hanging yet , but just get your length, because I used the Power Jelker just a few days before I started hanging, I had been manuel jelking, I gain a 3/8 inch of girth, in no time, So your Power Jelker will get your girth, the only problem you have to keep that erect state going,
where as hanging is just opposite, you want to be unerect

No I’m not being modest… Bib, Phat, Dance, Luv, Lil2big1, now those goes know their stuff. some others as well I didn’t mention

(1) your ADS - what is, and how it works ?

I use theraband as a traction wrap. I have cut a small whole in the middle of the wrap where I tie a rubber (which I have wrapped a finger weigth with) through the whole… this keeps me stretched after my workout and I don’t have to worry about anything falling out.

2) Your cock “enlargement strap” ?

It is the penis enlarger strap which I purchased from www.enlargerstrap.com It works great but takes some time to get used to. It’s pretty cheap too.

I have only being hanging 4-5 hours a week, but I’m going to rev it up now because I get the hang of it.

How much weight do use ?

I’m using a range of 10 - 18 pounds. Sometime I can handle the 18 and sometimes I can’t, it just depends of the wrap, my fatigue, etc.

And what hanging positions do you use ?

I hang seated in a chair with my legs up. It’s BTC, but it’s not extreme BTC like some other do because I just can’t lay out like that.

Yes, it is a stretch type of wrap that is used as a bandage. But you should be able to pick it up at any pharmacy, but the enlarger strap is definately worth the money… My flaccid is beggining to catch up with my erect. I hang 6 inches flaccid and I used to shrivel up like a turtle when I first started.

Re the theraband. I think this one must be something specially American.

The nearest sounding sort of thing we have here, is an elastic stocking sort of material, comes in range of sizes, but contains rubber; I used some on my arm. It’s called “Tubigrip”. Useful for all sorts of things ! But I don’t know if it’s the same or will do the job ?

Do you have to cut your theraband to size etc ?

Hey Goingdeep,

I had a question about the ADS and the enlarger strap. I’m not sure that I understand the ADS. It sounds as though you wrap using theraband and then use a rubber band to keep the wrap wrapped (no pun intended). Is this more of a traction wrap that is designed to keep the member extended rather than stretching it as with the enlarger strap? I bought an enlarger strap but it has not arrived yet. For some reason, I thought that I would use the enlarger strap throughout the day by attaching it under loose jeans. I have been thinking that a moderate all day stretch will get better results than just keeping it extended. I’d appreciate a clarification of this.

On another note - congratulations on a great (actually a fantastic) 6 months of PEing!

I actually hang a weight from the rubber band which is place through a whole on the wrap. You can use the enlarger strap during the day instead, but I like to used the wrap and weight because I can wear it for longer periods of time. With the enlarger strap you get a very good stretch to the skin, tissues, and slightly to the ligs (you can adjust the amount of tension), which I think really helps flaccid tremendously. However, hanging with the weight focuses more on the ligaments which hold the penis, as opposed to the skin, etc. Is that clearer?

I hung between 12 and 24 hours per week for over a year and a half with no where near
the length and girth gains you got with less than one one twentieth the effort.

Way to go.

Try some horse squeezes (a bit more intense that what I think of as power jelqs).

Yes, I wear the wrap during the day. If you are going to be doing alot of sitting, I would recommend using the enlarger strap as you would get a more consistent stretch with it. I spend alot of time on my feet so this allows the weight to hang straight down as opposed to being help up in my paints if I were sitting all the time.

Also, how much weight are you talking about?

Only a pound now, just to keep it stretched, but I will add more weight as I get used to it.

What is the shape of the weight that you use? Can you see it through your pants? What about wearing shorts? I would guess that shorts are out if you want to use the weight. I can see my wife now - “What the hell is that hanging out of your shorts?! Here - gimme that and I’ll throw it away!” OUCH
