Been Using Extender Before Newbie Routine

Ok guys I am new to this site so please forgive me, as I am slowly learning the ropes. I desperately need advice and wisdom for my situation. I have the X4 Labs extender, and have been using it (for the most part) some what consistently for about 5 months. I am just now learning that you need to do as least amount as possible in the beginning of PE to ensure maximum gains long term. Have I already done too much on my penis to be able to benefit from starting the newbie routine? I used to pump every morning before I would go to work( for about 5 or 6 months, having stopped around 6 months ago) my girth would get pretty big but I haven’t been doing them everyday anymore. What I am asking is, should I take time off before starting the newbie routine? And whenever I do start the newbie routine, would it be dumb to incorporate the extender into the end of the routine? I believe I have gotten gains from the extender but I am now learning that I haven’t been measuring correctly or consistently.

Your good. PE is a life endeavor, no need to get hung up on yesterday.

First let us know how your cock feels. Is it tight or loose?

Start the newbie routine and ease into it.

PE is a balance between intensity and rest. You want to go with just the right amount of force to bring you to expansion with the least amount of contraction. The sweet spot is is not the same for each of us.

Well I was having to do my extending sets in increments of 30-40 min until I take a break BC of pain creeping in and/or my head falling asleep. I have a TDP mineral lamp that I keep turned on at about a foot away from unit while the extender is on. I can tell my penis has been worked today, but I have actually never measured my true BPEL or BPFSL so I will be getting a ruler tomorrow so I can truly document my status. I am going to stop using the extender until I have completed some of the newbie routine. This has been worrying me nonstop lately so thank you for the reassurance I absolutely appreciate it.
