Well I’m 40 years old
My stats are
EBP 15.5 cm = 6.1 in
EG 14.3cm = 5.5 in
FL 10cm = 3.9 in
FG 12.56 = 4.9 in
Well I just started week 4 and it’s going well I don’t think I have gained anything but I seem to have found the
Right way of jelqing meaning that I have done it without injuries.
I now jelq about 30min every day and I got 2 rest days, I’m care full with every jelq stroke to avoid injuries
I practise the kegels everywhere like when I’m sitting in front of my PC ore driving or wathing TV.
Well I won’t bore you anymore I wish all of you good results :-)
