If I jelq while flaccid will I see gains

I am just curious to see if I jelq while I’m flaccid if I will see gains. Thanks for your help!

Flaccid jelq, without squeezing to much is a very good massage. It is a great cool down after vigorous PE exercises.

How flaccid?

I personally never jelqed with an erection, though I did like a “plump flaccid” for jelqs. Say about 50-60% erect, if that makes sense?

If I was completely flaccid — as in turtled and not plumped up at all — I wouldn’t waste my time. (Or if I did, I am sure a couple good yanks would plump it up a bit to where I wanted it.) I wouldn’t expect to see gains from jelqing 100% flaccid, but, as I mentioned, after a couple yanks I probably wouldn’t be 100% flaccid anymore. (Though different peeps have different physiologies…)
