I just cannot do a good Kegel
I’m having an extremely hard time doing a hard Kegel. When I’m going to ejaculate, I barely feel the contractions at all and it’s a very weak dribble which I think is due to a weak BC muscle. I also have very floppy erections unless I Kegel repeatedly, which isn’t really good for masturbation (much better to keep it relaxed). My issue is that I cannot hold a Kegel for more than three seconds without one or any of the following things happening:
1) I stop breathing
2) My stomach muscles clench painfully
3) My toes curl
4) My anus squeezes really tight (normal?)
Basically, these problems are what cause me to unclench, not the BC muscle itself. How can I overcome these problems?
