Kegel expert needed.
I have been trying to get a good kegel routine incorporated into my routine.
Is it better to do say a hundred 10 second contractions of the BC muscle or should I do say 20- 30 second contractions. (Or longer?)
I have been trying to hold the contractions for a longer period of time. When I get to around 30 seconds I can feel a good tingle go down my legs all the way to my feet. So I think I am doing something good. Am I doing this correctly?
Also. Since the BC muscle is the same muscle that enable us to stop urinating should you intentionally stop and start a piss when peeing? I have been purposely starting and stopping about 10 time per visit to the restroom. Is this of any benefit to strengthening the BC?
