i have some problems with inverted ok grip

guys, i’m starting to hate this exercise (jelq) i tried to use inverted ok grip but i am unable to tighten stronger, some week ago i started with a simple routine of 10 jelqs of 5-7 seconds i tried to increase the grip pressure on the other weeks but that grip is really hard to me. (i use U grip) i tried with C ok inverted grip but i feel pain.. i don’t know what to do.. please help me

You sure you do that right? Jelqs are mostly very light movements for ~3 seconds. I suppose you feel pain, because you grip too much.

when reduce the number of jelqs and increase the grip time i saw more results

Well, time should be fine. At the least, we use clamping for much longer duration, just be sure not to block blood outflow completely.

How strong is your grip during jelqs? Sometimes i do quite strong version and after 10-20 times i can feel pain too. I usually take 30-60s break and continue with lighter version.

What kind of grip do you use? Ok or inverted ok?

I mostly use ordinary one. Have tried inverted grip, but that doesn’t feel very comfortable for me and two hands at sides have quite small impact. But still there are few ways to apply pressure. Sometimes i barely hold O grip and push. That one works more with veins and really makes dick plump (more like clamping effect). Another one to hold 0 grip. Basically to apply force at sides, while up/down doesn’t have any pressure or even skin contact. This works more with inner chambers and i suppose main idea of whole jelq exercise.
