HI,
( Sorry for my poor English, I live in a Latin country, and no English classes until now.)

I started PE 3 years ago. For 2 years was doing jelq, wet pumping and so one. Not too regularly, but I had an increase for about 1 inch ( 2.2 cm) 15cm to 17,2 cm ( now I am 6,7 inch erected length
For about 6 month I started to hang. About 10-20 min every day, one day off or day after day.
I use a BIB hanger hardcore variant. I usually use 2 kg. I tried for 2-3 months to hang 4-5 kg, but I have big pains. Only sometime is ok to hang more than 4 kg
I use a sock and a theraband to wrap my penis. Starting with the tightening of the screws I feel a sharp pain inside the penis the parte of the penis facing with the ground., I think it is tunica inside. If I hang the weight, the hanger is slipping down. If I have blood in my head the hanger is stopping, but I have quite sharp pain somewhere near the head, near urethra .This is another type of pain..
If I insist and work with pain I have pains same place also 2-4 days after the hanging sessions, when my penis is full and I do a sort of kegel contraction with my unit and I feel inside like a muscle pain , like when you dammage the muscle. For about 6 months the pains are constantly the same place..
I feel beter when I hang with a simple tie with a sock around my penis, but I cant hang more than 2 kg this way.

It is normal?
What is the normal pain you accept when you tighten the screw and you hang?. I do not want to damage my dick. I know the pain is not good, but I want to continue the exercises.

Pain is bad. And pain that last up to 4 days after is a sure indication you’re doing something wrong. It’s also a quick way to ruin your dick. I think you either need to work on your wrap or your Hanger settings or both. First off, I’d ditch the sock. If you insist on wrapping with an under wrap beneath the theraband maybe cut up a t-shirt. Now what is your wrapping technique like? Tight? Loose? Are you wrapping semi erect? When you hang any blood in your head is a big no no as well. Also how close to your head do you attach? You want to be back a half inch to an inch.

You’re using a bib Hanger, so have you talked to bib at all? That guy is great! You can email him pics of your Hanger settings, your wrap, the way you attach your Hanger and he can tell you exactly what you are doing wrong. There are guys here that can too, it’s just hard with it knowing more information or seeing pictures of your technique.

If you’re experiening pain, ditch the hardcore variant. Get a hanger with cushion. I got some pain with a regular Bib but made it work. The hardcore is not made for comfort. Get a Bib starter with the cushion.

If you get a lot of pain you are using both the wrong hangar and wrong settings. I do not know a lot about hangar setting but I know if it’s slipping you need to fix it.

I wrap a big sock around the penis. It is a big wrapping so it is very hard to attach the bib hanger. Even so I have sharp pain inside, when I twist the screws.
I attach the hanger about 1 inch away from my head, But it is slipping down always.
Always I trap blood in my head. I do not want this but I realized that it is helping me to keep the hanger attached. Otherway the hanger is slipping down.
I read a lot of post to catch the good technique but still it is slipping down and I have pain..

Also.I wrap it in no erection and no semi erect. And I wrap it tight.

Throw that hangar away. Get a Bib hangar with cushion. The hardcore hangar is bad for you and causes pain.

Ditch means get rid of or throw away in this case.

I readed and tried all the advices from BIB posts regarding the wrapping and hanging.
I tried hard to let no blood in my head when I hang.
ALL the times no matter what I do I feel pain when I twist the screws, especially down , under my penis.. Even if I wrap it big with a soft material. It seems that the hanger it PINCHING hard my penis when it is tight.. Anyway because of the pain I cannot screw it very tight and always it is gliding down. I am almost with the dents in close position but maybe it must be screwed more not to slip. I do not have a tick penis. The only case it it not gliding down is after I pump before and my penis is quite full and big ( in flacid state) but this case I trap blood in my head. It is ok, the pains is slower but because of the trapped blood in my head I have fluid build.
So I think that is a hanger problem..
I am able to work and to pull my penis with hand with greater force than I do it with the hanger, and I do not feel any pain. But I cannot do it for 10—20 minutes as with a hanging device.

I want to buy a better hanging device but I am in Romania, and I am also afraid that a new hanger will give me same problems.

My erect dimensions are ( 17 cm 6.7 inches bone pressed and girth 5.3 inches)

Why is so important not to let the hanger to slip/glide down?
It is because the skin of the base of the penis will take all the work, instead of the ligaments or the tunica? Or because of the fluid build up in the head of the penis?

Why I ask ? Because I pull the skin to the base of my penis and after that I attach it, closer to the base of the penis, but it always slip down with the skin until the head block the movement. But even the hanger is gliding with the skin, the weight is taken entirely by the internal structure of my penis. And I feel it very stretched inside. As a tense nylon rope.
So it is good? I reached my goal of stretching the internal part even the hanger is gliding?

I have a similar problem when using the captain’s wench. No matter how tight it is or how tight I wrapped my unit beforehand, the skin will just slide over the inner penis because it’s slippery between skin and ‘meat’ inside. It seems easier to just stretch manually sometimes. Trapping some blood in the head seems to make the sliding less but the pain more, so neither is a good option. The best option for me so far as been to attach my CW directly behind the glans, because the skin will simply slide to the glans immediately anyway.

I thought about making a longer squeezing contact surface between the tool and the penis (it’s about 5 cm wide now, more surface could fix more skin and increase internal friction, theoretically) but that may not be possible with a bib setup. I’m looking forward to reading some real solutions here!

What is your native language? Maybe some experienced hanger that speaks your language could help you out.

Anyways everything you describe is because of poor wrapping and maybe also some tightening issues.

I’m also a newbie hanger but I’m getting the way of it now .

Anyways, first you need a thin strip of cotton tissue the wrap the skin. Over that you wrap the theraband that Bib provides with the hanger. If you don’t have it you can buy it.

When you wrap with the theraband you need to first wrap loosely over the cotton wrap and then after 2 passes of wrap you start wrapping spirally down towards the base and those must be a little tight.

But before starting you have to remove the most of the blood from the glans.

After attaching the hanger and before screwing it you pull the head away from the body and the hanger towards the body, then you start screwing.

The top gap should be equal or smaller than the lower gap.

You should tight it until you feel it pressuring your internals not only the skin

I do usually your wrapping technique. But I feel the pinch and pain..
Today I ordered from BIB the bib starter. Quite expensive for my including the transport. I have a sort of sorrow now because I read that some people prefer the hardcore variant ( as I have a clone of) instead of the starter.

I had a decent amount of pain when I started hanging. I decided to move to the direction of extenders like THIS ONE http://tinyurl.com/jx64uxk

I haven’t had any pains since going in this direction. Plus I don’t have to worry about the weights somehow falling off my dick in public. lol

All I can say is that it’s probably a matter of technique improvement issue. Everyday I hang I attach and wrap better than before and so it goes.

Your skin issue is basically that.

I have the starter and it’s very cushioned and comfortable so maybe this will make it smoother for you
