I’m new, but I have read enough info and know my body well enough to conclude that clamping early in my routine will not hurt. I’ve been clamping for about 2 weeks now and the results are fantastic. Now, I use to just jelq and stretch and the results seemed very minimal. I would do my routine, get a good pump and a half hour later my dick becomes micro-penis. So, through this frustration and a lot of confidence in my cocks ability to withstand extreme pressure, I decided to keep going with the clamps after everyone suggested not too. I am very careful when clamping and I have nothing distracting me as I clamp. I started very slow with 1 set of 5 minutes everyday, and moved up to 2 sets of 5 min this week. I have found that I can damn near blow my gos head off when I cum, my flaccid hang is meaty and my dick just looks better than ever. I have absolutely no pain and it already feels like it’s working. I understand the reasoning behind telling everyone that they should do the newbie routine before going into the advanced stages, but like I’ve seen written here many times, everyone is different. So, I will continue to clamp and experiment with PROGRESSION of intensity. I honestly feel as though everyone can start off clamping, but start with 2 1/2 min 1 time a day for a week the move to 5 min a day and so on until you reach 15 minutes for one set. After achieving that intensity you can move on to 2 sets of 5 minutes everyday for a week, then 10, and 15. I think that 3-4 15 minutes sessions everyday will increase both my girth and lenght. I will only do jelqs and stretchs between sets as supplementary work and circulation. If I break my dick in the process then I’ll be sure to let you know. I also don’t feel as though one can “over-train” the dick. The dick IS NOT a muscle and if you want gains you have to steadily increase to load of intensity and always make sure it has optimal circulation. I say fuck the bullshit of waiting a year to get a half inch either way. As long as I progressively increase the load I’ll be fine up to 15 minutes. I plan to peak out in 8 weeks at 4 15 minute sets back to back. By then I’ll let you fellers know one way or another how I’ve progressed.
