I can't PE anymore

Well I was happily PEing for a couple of months and not only did my erection quality improve but I am sure I made some gains.

Anyways I haven’t PE’d in over a month and I lost my gains (I didn’t lose EQ though, those kegels do work!). I am back in college and have to wake up early. I also begun to workout at nights. I simply don’t have the energy to do a 20 mins jelqing session. My mother is a night owl and goes to sleep at like 3 AM.so I don’t even have the privacy.

I guess I can try doing a few squeezes before I go to bed. I“‘ll report back with you guys and let you know if I made any progress.

I’m not sure how effective squeezes are btw, so could anybody elaborate?

Every time you take a piss you have a little free time. Do some piss pulls and a few quick jelqs.
Squeezes are an advanced move and your likely not ready for that yet.

When you take a shower at home get in a little PE.
Hot steamy water serves as a great warm up.
Suds up! Including your pecker, then stretch.
When out of the shower grab some hair conditioner lube up your Mr. And get in about 20 slow jelqs.
Dry off, dry off the willy. This serves as a brisk warm down.

Well, if you don’t have the energy to do it because of your studies, then post-pone the PE. You got your whole life to PE. Now is the time to get your degree. Your dick can wait to do the PE dance.

One suggestion though. Don’t make the mistake of overloading your class schedule. To many courses will burn you out quick. Make it one challenging class and then a few easier ones.
