I’ve been doing some excersises for 3 or 4 months,I seen a webblog by a guy called christian and I just copied his routine,I see a half inch gain while doing it as I always jerk off at end of my routine but next day I’m same size,
I’m 37 and only 5 1/2 long and 5 1/4 girth and been pretty embarassed all my days never showering at gym etc so hopefully I will see some gains.
I warm up,the jelq for about 10 mins,them shake my dick downwards 40 times then kegel 20 times.
But I will try the newbie routine on here.
I wanted to ask a few questions and hope I don’t go overboard firing loads of questions at one time as I’m glad I can eventually ask someone about this stuff.I have looked for answers on the site first but can’t find them.
Firstly can someone to break down what all the things are at bottom for instance
THEN: bpel 6.0 eg 5.0 bpfsl 6.125 NOW: bpel 7.375 eg 5.25 bpfsl 7.625
Present: 8.75” BPEL, 9.25” BPSFL, 5.3” EG
Goal: 1’ BPEL, 6.5” EG
I also read about the lot theory and I think I’m between 9-8 but does that mean I should jelq upwards or downwards?
I want to try and get some length if possible but when I’m fully hard my dick sticks straight up against my stomach and I struggle to even pull it down to have sex no way could I point it to 9 o’clock to even measure it.but after I come it seems longer than when I’m fully hard if that makes sense.
Anyone who could point out a few tips I would be gratefull as I’m sure you get newbies on here just posting without reading site first etc.I’ve read it but it’s all new and I’m not the sharpest knife in the drawer.
