How to increase glans

Will the newbie routine increase the size of my glans or do I have to wait till I am done with the newbie routine and then do head exercises?

Anyone out there who has increased their head size significantly with a routine?

Do the newbie routine but hold the jelq for 5-10 seconds at the end of the stroke. Making the head expand.
