I have recently been stretching with my foreskin pulled back for the first time in about a year of PE and I have noticed it is so much more effective and I was kinda stupid for doing it any other way.

I don’t think I am pulling on my glans hard enough though to get a really good stretch because my glans hurt when I pull fairly hard on them. I know it sounds like I am pulling too hard - but I am not, I know for certain that most people here pull more than double as hard… Am I supposed to be pulling on my actual glans? I grab from just under the ridge of my glans with an “ok” grip and pull. Is this right? Why is there pain in my glans from this?

I have searched for painful glans but I would like some fresh feedback on it, thanks.


Currently doing manual stretches, jelqing and starting ULI's. Still trying to lower my tight and very high erection angle.

Another thing is that I don’t feel like I have given them a good stretch after, they don’t ache, I don’t hang any lower… etc.

I just grab about 3/4’s of the way down my dick then stretch. I do this because it pushes skin forward so it will not be painful on the glans and cause any lose in sensitivity.

Put some blood in your glans to improver your grip. Leave the foreskin over the glans, pulling back isn’t necessary and irritates sooner. Then just stretch with medium force to the direction you desire. This is the ideal way to stretch.

This is kind of hard to explain.

When I stretch, I use the glans only as a gripping point. I apply force with my shoulders and not into the glans itself. I really can’t explain this better.

I had a whole year of stretching my dick with my skin over the glans and it has caused hair to grow on my penis, it has pulled part of my scrotum sac up my penis which is very disturbing. It has also made my foreskin very thin lol.

How often do you stretch? What duration ? What is your routine in addition to stretch ?

I think you have been overdoing your stretching or not allowing a break between stretch routines for the tissues to regenerate. I know you are not a Newbie but it will do you good if you have a look at:

I never experienced that, never heard about this side effect either.
