How Often Should I Jelq?

Hey guys im a complete newbie when it comes to PE. I was just wondering if jelqing 5 days a week for 10 minutes each session and resting on the weekends is a good way to go or is it too much?

I am also thinking of tracking my progress with pictures, would this be a good idea?

Welcome to TP.

People often start with a 2:1 on:off ratio, then move to a 3:1 and then maybe a 5:2 see Newbie Routine. Don’t just jelq. Add some stretches and do some kegels.

You should feel like your penis has been worked after a routine, jelqing should be disruptive to the penis tissues, but go carefully down the path to more work. It’s really easy to injure yourself, especially at the start. That said you need to do enough work to grow, so expect positive signs quickly or modify what you are doing.

Pictures are good, make them measured and make sure your measurements are as accurate and comprehensive as possible (How to Measure Your Penis).

BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

Don’t forget to warm up your penis before start or do any kind of PE activities. With a good warm up (10 minutes), you will be avoiding injuries, big time.
