Hi,

I have a very short routine intended to increase flaccid length. It consists of JAI & Fowfer-stretches.

I often to them at night, and sometimes I and my girl end up having sex maybe an hour after I stretched.
Does that ruin the session; I mean… It is known that when doing jelqs, clamp-exercises one is recommended to take at least 2-3 hours rest before sex or other activity.

So, does sex/masturbation some 30-40 minutes after stretches affect the potential of gains?
I hope I can get some help here :)
