How much jelqing?

How many you need to do to gain in girth or should I go by time, somebody feel me in that gain with Jelqing. I know it’s different with every person, but I just want some input about it. Another question, 5 minutes of stretching or 10 min.

I think you should finish your basic routine before and measure the first gains and then decide where you”ll go with your goals…

Start: BPEL 5.3 4.2 EG [2010 Sep 11]

Now: (BPFSL 6.75) BPEL 6.5 x 5.0 EG (Newbie Routine) [2011 Jan 04]

Goal: NPEL 7.0 x 6.5 EG

it’s so hard for me to belive that Shimarts had gain almost 1 inch in 2 months! i don’t know what to say! And yeah ..i also think u should stay with the newbie routine 3 months Ambitious101!

I’d suggest you go by time. I add 30 seconds every workout and when it feels tired I just skip that day. I’ve been doing this along with manual stretching and ballooning for 2 months and I’ve gained 1/2 in girth and 1/8 in length. I’m not a newbie and my penis was already conditioned though. So you see. As long as you keep gaining with your routine, don’t fret about inches per month.

I’m not a newbie fellows, I been doing pe for 2yrs now.

read my log from the start. I made tremendous gains from just jelqing and stretching with edging/no cumming and moved on to clamping/edging with no cumming.


Beginning stats 3/2010: BPEL: 6" Flaccid: 3.5" Erect Girth: 5.25

Stats as of 4/2018: BPEL: 8" Flaccid: 6 1/2" Flaccid Girth: 5.25 Erect Girth: 6 5/8"
