how long to switch routine?

i started the first week in november and my current routine is something like this.

5 mins wrap
4 stretches for 30 seconds each
average of 300 jelqs(sometimes more, sometimes less)
5 mins wrap
50-100 kegals

i was wondering when should i start thinking of change, and what is best to add it?

I would say switch your routine every 12 weeks or there abouts to keep the old fellow guessing.


You can definitely add more stretching time if you are trying to gain length. With that amount of jelqing, your unit should be strong enough to withstand more stretching. Good luck.
