How long on average to gain an inch

Hello

I only need to gain like 1 inch and 0.5 inch girth. I wonder how long this will take on average?

Approximately the length of a piece of string.

Memento,

My exact thought when I read Kline’s question.

Kline,

There are many factors that come into play, therefore it is impossible to predict.

Good luck with your gains.

Ok but have no poll been done on this? I’m in for the journey regardless of the time.

Looked into some polls too for newbies. So between 6-12 months seems reasonable were most seem to gain it in the later half of that. So median maybe 3 quarters of a year or so?

If you jelq/stretch often and your EQ improves a lot and you turtle a lot less you can do it in a month. I know there are people who say other wise but when I was 15 and started I gained about an inch just jelqing and stretching in the first month. Maybe I didn’t measure properly when I started.

Improve your EQ and that alone will make you gain a lot when you first start. Lots of jelqs!

I always say that it takes a year for most guys to gain 1” of legit growth. Please reference the following qualifiers:

 • Not counting regained losses due to age or poor EQ.
 • Assuming a smart and dedicated approach to PE.
 • Get hurt and all bets are off.
 • Outliers on either end can skew the numbers.

Running a Massive Co-Front.

I’ll speak from personal experience only. It took me a year and a half with a several month break after 6 months or so.

I still have only gailed .25 in girth though.

Ok I lost some due to age and poor EQ for sure. I measured 19.5cm early 20s now early 30s about 19 but probably pushing it more.

On a diet, weight loss and will do this with great continuity so its going to be an interesting 1 year for sure.

kline, Your first post as what some of the vets look at and cringe, because we feel you are going to start out early with the advanced exercises.

iamaru posted pretty good information.

Take your time, do it right. Too fast, you will not grow, end up with a dark unit and your erection quality (EQ) may be low do to
the trauma. After all it is your cock not mine. Listen to these guys, Why? Because they know. They know what it takes.

One of the things to think of what iamaru posted.

Get hurt and all bets are off.

Think about it, It has happened so many times, including myself before I learned of this place. Thunders and my brothers here
taught me discipline and this is what this place preaches.

It is a question that we all ask when starting. Do it right and don’t injure your self, okay?

Yes I will do that. I started with jelquing and stretching for now. Going to see how it develops but you guys recomend atleast doing this for 3 months to learn the basics?

Its not that I’m in a huge hurry or something. I mainly joined a couple of years ago to get back the youth numbers and EQ.

The newbie routine isn’t just for gains. It is for what we call “conditioning.” Chances are, most guys have never had a dick workout. So doing advanced exercises in any workout is dangerous - PE especially. Once you do the newbie routine for 3 or more months, your dick is better prepared for the crazy shit we do here.

To be very, very clear… I have been doing PE on and off for 4 years and I still do the newbie routine. Why? Because it works. When I take many months off, I start with the newbie routine for 3 months and generally see improvement. Then (and only then) I start adding the other exercises that I have found work for me. I’m just again starting a stint to reach my final goal of 8x5.5 by mid-May and I’m not doing anything more than the newbie routine currently.

Okay thanks for the answears everyone. Is it expectable to do gains from the newbie guide alone? Guess it mainly a start to get a good EQ and maybe add some length due to the stretching is this right? Anyways I got a lot of reading to do here.

If you pe daily and incorporate hanging after 6-12 months, based on my experience I would say 2-3 years.
