How long did it take you to gain 1 full inch ?

Please post what you voted, how many times a week you PE, and your workout.

A good 5 months for me. That included taking a 1 month de-conditioning break.

Doing 5 days a week I believe.

Doing various routines.

Wow the results are looking great right now!

I voted 5-12 mos.

Only hanging made me grow more after my first 1”, I was stuck on it for 6 mouth. I got .5” from my last 3 months of hanging. I am looking forward to get the 2” gainer club.

now => 7.75x6(6.5 at base)

Goal => 8+x6.5(7 at base)

I gained 3/4” the first month, nothing the second, and one and 3/4” during the third and fourth months, all from jelqing and hanging. I gained 3” flaccid during that time.

Now I’m doing an intense minimum of two hours a day stretching and have noticed an occasional 1/4” increase in flaccid, (not yet cemented).

5 months for me to get a full inch BP, with the majority of that (7/8”) in 3 months. After the first inch things got hard, and it took over a year to get another 1/2”. In retrospect I think I wasted effort spinning my wheels for a good portion of that time. I’m now up to 1.75” total gain, maybe a little more.

It’s slow going, not anything like the early days, but I still gain when I do things right, which in my case means putting in adequate time hanging after taking a break. Manual stuff doesn’t do much for me anymore. Maybe a longer (6 month?) layoff would change that.

I forgot to mention my workouts when I started: simple stretching and jelqing with an occasional one-handed squeeze at the base. I did very few workouts in the early months. IIRC, I started experimenting with hanging about 2-3 months in, but manual exercises were responsible for my initial gains.

I’ve been hanging for about 9 months and have finally gained 1 full inch, according to yesterday’s measurement.

I do manual stretching and jelqing with some horses and girthblasters thrown in randomly. I show an inch gain bpel if I stretch it up the ruler a little. Not sure if you’re ‘sposed to do it that way though. Without pulling on my erection I have gained 7/8, so not sure I should have voted :) Took me a little over 10 wks.

It took me exactly 22 days to gain my first inch. Unbelievable I know!!

It took me 2.5 months. I wasn’t sure how to vote, so I didn’t. I think you intended to type 1-3 months for the first category. That would be me in the first category.

It’s hard to believe I gained so fast initially now that I’m on the 1/4” a year plan. Those were the days. I always get a chuckle whenever I see an excited newbie projecting where he’ll be in X months based on an assumption of linear gains.

I’d say my gains have been slower than most. Hanging weights should be the fastest way to gain length. I’m not sure I would have made any gains at all through manual exercises, considering how hard it’s been even through hanging. I don’t mind though — another half-inch and I may be done.

1 inch in 1 year. manual stretching and jelqing, 1 hr/day 3-5 days a week. About 8-10 various weeks out of that year I was not able to PE. Started hanging 4-5 months ago off and on 3 twenty minute sets but no more gains YET
