How do you keep yourself motivated for PE
I have this problem for a while. Sometimes I have the energy for PEing the whole day, and the next day I’m so tired and demotivated I could barely finish the workout.
Stretching is ok, but jelqing is the problem. I can’t maintain erection levels needed for this exercise. Sometimes I’m doing the jelqs in less than 3 second moves in order to finish the workout faster when I’m not in the mood, so that probably affect the results, I.e. I’m not seeing any gains.
Lack of gains affects my morale in general, so sometimes I wonder if there’s a reason to continue, if I won’t see any results.
How could I overcome this? Do you have any motivational tips and tricks to share? What keeps you going on?
