How do you stay motivated when you hit a wall?
I’ve been a PE practitioner for a little over a year now. I have made great gains, but lately I seem to be stuck around the 6.5 long mark. Maybe I’m measuring to often, but it seems like I just can’t gain anything.
Every time I measure and am hopeful that I have gained and I haven’t, I go into a withdrawal of sorts where I don’t PE at all for a week or so. Eventually, I start back up again, but there are times where I just feel like giving up.
How do you guys stay motivated when you hit a wall seriously? This is very frustrating!
