Well guys I’ve been PE a long time and made some gains In my time, I got up to 7.5 BPEL and got stuck at that size so for first time decided to do compression hanging , been doing it 6.5mths now and hanging 23.8lbs 1hr a day every day.

In that time I’ve gained nothing but seems my septum is as strong as shit.

What’s next, do I carry on and do crazy weights? Or do I look at ultrasound? Or other options

I also do bundle stretches for 1 to 2hrs a day before and after hanging, unfortunately 1hr hanging is max time I can do

Any help from those hitting a brick wall appreciated

Have you tried fulcrum plus IR lamp?

Swinging motion plus kegels?

Also that twisted hanging?

In between sets do you jelq?

Tried bathmate previously but didn’t go too well along side hanging, was looking at getting a slim cylinder maybe to pump

Don’t jelq in between no, do lots of twisted manual stretching though and have used heat but not IR

Try fulcrum plus IR lamp IMO
