Quick newbie questions (sorry mods of these have already been covered elsewhere!)
1) Where can I find info on the forum on measuring myself for my starting stats?
2) Is a hot bath/shower a suitable alternative to a hot wrap (pre/post work out)?

The shower is a poor alternative to the hot wrap. Some find a 150w IR lamp better than anything for warm up.
