Hey guys, gotta quick question

My days go as follow.

Sun/Mon - On
Tues - Rest
Wed/Thur - On
Fri/Sat - Rest

Just starting basic stretch/jelq/kegel. I had done it on and off in the past few months, but now I am committing to it.

Should I switch it up every now and then or what?

Also do vitamins and other supplements (like for BB) help out in any shape way or form?

Try, see what happens, if you don’t like it, then change it. Everyones body is different.

I think you should stick with that routine and see what happens. You should notice some difference in about a week or so.


Started: 10-18-08 BPEL: 6.3 inches; BPEG: 4.8 inches.

Currently: BPEL 7.4 inches; BPEG: 5.2 inches

Goal: BPEL:8-8.5 inches; BPEG: 6 inches.

It’s been a week and 2 days, and I can feel my mid EG and Bottom EG on is stronger, harder and maybe 1/4 bigger than before.

Well in my opinion you have all the signs you need to continue with this routine! :D

Kinda live at home, not really safe ;) I use items as my references.

Oh ya, I read around and girth kind of comes with the newbie lengthening, however are there any ‘girth’ specific stretches that would be acceptable for me to do?

Well they usually say not to focus on girth just yet, because length gains come easier and once girth gains start length gain usually cease. If I’m not mistaken.

Oh and about the pictures are you saying that you share a computer? It’s understandable that you don’t feel as if it’s safe, but if you take them and quickly upload them, you can delete them from your computer. Attachments on this site are pretty much permanent.

Well I won’t be focusing at all on girth, just wondering if there are any EXTRA stretches that may help give me a little extra.. Umph when gaining length, which right now is all I plan on doing.

LOL I guess you have to do the best with what you got. Eventually though you’ll want to take pictures for documented proof.

I think common PE knowledge states that all newbies should stick with the newbie routine for the first 3 months before modifying the duration/intensity of the routine.

Yes sir.

Jelqing is part of the newbie routine. This is a length and girth exercise. With a higher erection it tends to be more of a girth exercise…play around a bit and find out what works for you. Good luck!
