Hey guys, gotta quick question
My days go as follow.
Sun/Mon - On
Tues - Rest
Wed/Thur - On
Fri/Sat - Rest
Just starting basic stretch/jelq/kegel. I had done it on and off in the past few months, but now I am committing to it.
Should I switch it up every now and then or what?
Also do vitamins and other supplements (like for BB) help out in any shape way or form?
