Help What did I injure

Help What did I injure

I am not sure how this injury happened. It could either be from pulling too hard during a jelq (towards my feet while standing) or from pushing my erection too far (so it points towards my feet).

The pain is at the base. It feels like it may be ligament damage, but it isn’t in line with the middle of the shaft.

If you pull on your penis, you may notice a “triangle” forms with what looks like 2 ligament-type structures at the base and meet towards the middle of shaft about 1/2” from the base. Only the right side feels uncomfortable and it is mostly when I pull on my penis.

Please tell me what these 2 things that form a “triangle” are.

You have not damaged anything just bruised it. The ligament is pretty strong and it’s attached to sinew and it is probaly that which you have strained and bruised.

Give it a week without PEing and it should be OK . And lay of the heavy stuff. Moderate stretching and jelqing is all that is required. The triagle thing is probably sinew

Psst! The link is at the bottom of the page :bigwink:

I once pulled real hard, and heard a noise like ripping velcro. It felt a bit numb and for a week or two, and I didn’t do anything during that time either (I tried, of course, but it hurt so I didn’t insist).

But that velcro sound was not fun.

Taped onto the dashboard of a car at a junkyard, I once found the following: "Good judgement comes from experience. Experience comes from bad judgement." The car was crashed.

Primary goal: To have an EQ above average (i.e. streetsmart, compassionate about life and happy) Secondary goal: to make an anagram of my signature denoting how I feel about my gains

Anyway isn’t a good idea jelquing “pointing toward feet”. Sligthly under 90° is okay (torso and and penis forming an ‘L’), but the erect penis should never be pulled when is near (body and penis near forming an ‘I’).

Thanks, I never jelq when erect. Maybe a 50% erection at most.

Any anatomy specialists know what those 2 “tendon-like” things are? Could it be part of the suspensory ligament as I am very slim and have no fat pad at all? I noticed upon further inspection that they do meet in the middle of the shaft near the base.

It is very likely indeed that they are part of the suspensory ligaments.

Sometimes when you stretch with only one hand, one side of the ligaments may be stretch more than the other side. I would guess you are left handed. Try stretching interchangeably when you’re done healing. Can’t be too certain though, but it’s just a thought.

Yes I am left-handed. I will definitely try to make more of an effort to use my right hand when this heals up.I know ligaments can sometimes take a while :(

I did very little PE in the beginning due to recurring pain on one side. It resolved after a few months.

You may have a small amount of tissue as a limiting factor. Maybe those parts took most of the stress from your PEing, which was a little too much. If so, no big deal. As you continue PEing your initial weakest links will stretch out. More and more tissue will share the stress.

Whatever the case, take enough time off for the pain to go away, then start back going a bit easier.
