I have done for over a year many extenders sleeves pumps etc.and not really have seen some change maybe a little thicker my penis is 17 cm but my goal is 19 if possible..
I have stoped with the extender because it is almost imposible to wear everyday and had a serious injury because 1 time there was blood out coming out of the glans ,,,because of the pressure
