Hello all,

I’m a newbie for Thunder’s place but I do PE a several months now.
First I did it for fun and not really with discipline but at new years day I set some goals for this year.
I want to have a 7 in’ BPEL so I started on the first of Jan. And my routine is:

15-20 min jelqing
5 min Jelq Squeeze
10 min stretching
Hot shower.

But after 5 weeks I measured my penis and it didn’t show any progress in BPEL only in Girth.
My stats:
BPEL: 5,9 inch
Girth: 5,1 inch

What am I doing wrong ?

Btw my ultimate goal is: 7 1/2 inch BPEL by 6 inch Girth

I doesn’t mean that you are doing some thing wrong, it’s just that you need more time to gain. 5 weeks is not a long time. Some gain fast, some slow etc.

Sorry 10 minutes of stretching is not a lot if your trying to gain length.

Try to throw in a 10min stretch session before you do your jelqs, totaling a 20minute stretch in your routine. I’m no expert but what splking1 said was exactly what I thought. Your have more of a jelq oriented routine than stretches. Probably why you’re seeing some girth gains and no length gains.

You absolutely have to ad a warm up before you stretch. I started using a rice sock then upgraded to inferred heat. When you warm up you loosen the ligs so they stretch much better. As you can see I’m new here too, I have gained a little erect length, but have added lots of flaccid length and flaccid girth. Oh yes add heat after your workout. Good gains and good luck!
