Help me find this thread please!
A few months ago I read a thread by a guy who had made great gains by following a very simple program consisting of squeezes only.
The things I remember are:
- he did squeezes morning and evening, every day, no rest
- he said that it took 6 weeks before anything happened to him, and then it really accelerated.
I was stupid and did not mark it as a favorite…please help!
