HELP - Cannot move erect penis with PC muscles

HELP - Cannot move erect penis with PC muscles

Hi guys,

I have lost the sensation of the connection of the penis - it doesn’t feel like its there anymore. Before, when I front kegeled, I felt some pressure in the penis but now none. When the penis is erect, I cannot move it about by contracting by pelvic floor muscles. For example, if I put a towel on top of it, the towel wouldn’t move.

In addition, apart from the lack of sensation, I cannot get an erection standing up. On Cialis 5mg but its not completely working.

I did penis exercises for 3 months about 4 years ago and stopped due to pain. Then months later my erection qualities started to diminish, afew months after a hernia operation. Now its as if my penis is detached from my body.

Has anybody experienced/read of these symptoms?

Sorry to hear. But, I don’t understand why you think this is related to PE, since it’s been 4 years that you stopped.

Well you’re a newbie to PE anyways.

It’s going to take months of working with kegels to see enough improvement and build strength.

Also, doing hundreds of light kegels isn’t exactly the best way to train the kegel muscles.

Focus more on holding the kegel as hard as you can for as long as you can while being as erect as you can.

Start with three sets of 10 seconds three times a week adding 5 more seconds after every successful workout.

A few months of thiss and you should see some bouncing.

Thanks guys. I used to be able to bounce the penis but not any more! And darweiner - I know this is what is the strange thing because I stopped PE ages ago - I just can’t think of another reason.

I have been tested for venous leak and was given the all clear. However I failed the nocturnal erection test.

Can anyone relate to that feeling when you contract your pelvic floor and ‘feel’ something in the penis? I used to get that but not any more!

Any opinions appreciated

Have you been examined by a neurologist?

If you failed the nocturnal erection test; might indicate some neurological issues, besides the fact that you lack the sensation

I have not seen one no - I’ve been seeing one of the best urologists in the uk though and he thinks it is psychological and hormonal (I am on TRT). Currently trying clomiphene and tamoxifen to kickstart my HPTA but the HRT gel was much more beneficial for erections and libido.

Yes it might be hormonal as it sometimes is with chronic pelvic pain syndrome.
But if I was you I would ask the physician about -ruling out the possibility of an neurological cause-.
If the nocturnal erection are gone/absent there’s lesser probability that it is a psychological issue (that started it), and larger probability that other neurological or maybe endocrinologcal issues are present and need more examine.

Hope you get well.
