Wow; there is a lot of growth here. That CAN’T be a hoax. Well, lemme introduce myself..

I am yer average guy in every typical way except I have a HIGH metabolism. I mean, HIGH! I am 26 years old and 5’ 9” and 125 lbs. Lately, I’ve become VERY interested in improving my physical body. I started lifting weights as well as looking at various sexual papers and internet blogs, which is how I ended up here. I think I might be going through a “second puberty,” literally. Sounds strange, maybe, but I looked at a few sites and papers on this, and I don’t think I am that crazy =). My personality is more outgoing, my emotional levels are high all the sudden, and am really psyched about maximizing my potential in muscle as well as exploring PE options. Everything seems very natural here, which is a biggie for me..

I am 6” length and 5.5” girth hard. My LOP is actually about 11 o’clock, and that is encouraging, because I have read some posts that people have made great gains with a high LOP angle on this site. I have performed a warm towel warmup, jelqing with Vaseline intensive care side-to-side, some kegels, and cooling down with the towel again. This is my off day after three. I jelqed for 30 minutes and felt no pain. The next morning my morning wood comes back just like it always has. Although, this new thought on maximizing my potential makes me think of the woman I would like to impress, so an hour later has involved masturbation..

One concern I have is this: If I perform the normal jelqing routine and include stretching the ligaments by jelqing side-to-side, do you folks expect my erection angle to drop? It points sky high, and I don’t want to lose that great feature. Please be honest and tell me this is not for me if my erection angle changes. I would rather keep it hard and sky high than bigger. =)

Btw, my goals are about 7.5” long and 6.5” girth erect, and to go however long that take (as I am a very motivated individual). If I gain about a half an inch over the next several months, I will continue until my goal is met or they change because I will become convinced that my body is responding.

I am also a virgin (by choice per beliefs) and simply want to surprise my woman come wedding night. I am also kinda angry that sex is so taboo in the church and all the flattery instead of honesty, but I don’t think the Real God thinks exercise is bad, in any form. I just want to do something with my sexuality now by preparing myself instead of wasting it and wondering..

Man, I wish I had that hight a metabolism! Not for PE purposes, but I’ve always been a little overweight (just 20lbs too much, i’m sure i’ll eventually work that off)

As for LOT going down. I’ve always heard it said around here that if LOT is high, then work on stretching/hanging lower to get fast gains. But that should also lower your LOT somewhat. (Conversely, if your LOT was low like mine, you’d hang up like me). So if you ask if side to side will lower LOT, I’d have to say no, your LOT should remain the same unless you start pulling down (I wonder if your LOT would go up if you stretched up…).

Of course I don’t actually have experience in this in particular, I simply am regurgitating what I’ve read thousands of times.

I like it you’re motivated as that is certainly often needed to reach goals in PE. Keep in mind LOT is a theory. LOT may or may not apply to PE. You should have a good chance of reaching your goal. Good luck.

Oh, about your erection angle question. I may be mistaken, but LOT and erection angle are independent of each other, I think. I’m not sure about others here, but as I’ve gained length my erection angle has indeed dropped. You could just stretch upward, therefore only working the tunica and leaving the ligs alone. However, tunica gains have the reputation of being much tougher, slower, to achieve. Even girth gains might effect your angle, simply because it will be a heavier dick to support.

About the tunica, I saw that that might be something to wait on for a newbie. I really am in no rush, so safety is number one for me. I’ve never had any problems, so I want to keep it that way. Is there something about stretching the tunica that is safe for a newbie?

About the support I feel right now erect, I would say that there is a feeling of support not in the shaft, but all the way down into the perineum. So, if this is a good thing, I don’t mind slow gains

I can easily spend 30 minutes to an hour because I know I can watch a 30-minute Skin-a-max flick without frustrating myself, LOL !! So, I am not worried about patience. I just want to know that things are gaining even just a little after several months so I know that I am a candidate for these exercises.

PEers are only advised to concentrate on ligs first because of the easier (relatively speaking) gains. Jelqing actually targets the tunica more, but it’s mainly for first getting the tunica in good shape to help avoid injury, for stronger erections from better blood flow, and for girth gains (never jelq fully erect—-too risky). I didn’t start gaining length from jelqing alone. It was only after I added stretching that I did. This is just my personal experience. Others may have had other results. Read and read and don’t rush into anything, so as to be safe. Also, wait for other replies so as to get more input.

According to what I have read, stretching down your penis changes your LOT.

WOW..

I don’t think I gained anything while I’m erect yet, although I won’t measure until next month. I don’t open presents until Xmas, LOL!

The thing I am “wow’ing” about is this: My flaccid hang is at a lower angle, and staying there. I used to “stick out” at about 8 to 9 o’clock (or is that 8 Oh COCK, LOL). Now it actually hangs at more like 7, which is a big difference in the mirror. I can actually FEEL things going on inside. I am taking a break from martial arts (for $$$), but when I was doing it, I used to stretch my hamstring in hopes of a split (never got that far though). Well, it feels like that, sort of. The only difference is that the sensations come and go all by themselves in tingly seconds worth. There is no pain, and I have done recommended newbie stuff.

I am doing as follows (the times vary because I am simply watching TV alone in my cushy and private apartment and trying to FEEL what’s best):

Warm up towel

BTC stretch flaccid for a few minutes (holy cow, it actually moves that far!)

V-stretch flaccid for a few minutes

Warm up towel

Jelqing halfway erect for quite a while (this is actually sort of feels nice, so nothing to lose)

I am afraid of the Horse 440, but I substitute with making a tourniquet grab at the base, opening briefly with a kegel and clamping for a few minutes

JAI stretch for a few minutes

Warm up towel (but to cool off, that is)

One more question. I eat quite a bit of meat for protein already, so I figure that eating protein can fill any microscopic tears I am making in the tissue. Are there any other recommendations to my diet that might help me out? Also, I just started drinking soy milk instead instead of dairy milk because I read a study on how men who drink milk have an increased risk for baldness and prostate cancer. They say it has something to do with testosterone burning into DHT improperly. I don’t know the whole story, but it goes something like that.

So, any suggestions for diet?

Oh, those diet posts were helpful. I actually take vitamins anyway so they can add color to my face, LOL! I noticed that one tablet contains all the zinc I need for one day, which goes with that old adage, zinc for the tink.

I saw the post on yohimbe and read other ads all over the Internet with consistent reports. However, I already have a high metabolism and have now gotten even MORE active, so I think these good things will add to the side effects and become bad instead. I think, in my case, yohimbe would be a real danger, I would probably never sleep. Sounds like my body makes it’s own version, LOL!

I read some other posts on the penissizedebate.com that said my 7.5” x 6.5” goals are quite “ideal” for a lady. However, the only real reason I picked this goal is because that would be what is required to reach my navel. I also read stuff about the cul-de-sac and posterior fornix stimulation that requires quite a bit of dick to reach. Do you think my goals are realistic enough to find a woman I can fill up to the full in this way? Since results stick, I figure I should be conservative. Poor future wife might have to settle for a monster if I am not careful. Since I am virginal, I really have NO IDEA, LOL :shrug: !

I guess, personally, I am getting into a routine that allows for mild soreness without pain. I also am finding that if I masturbate right after my routine, the blood really pressurizes inside. Since I don’t feel ready for Horse 440, I figure this might be an okay substitute, especially since I get to thinking about filling a woman all the way up eventually!
